WHAT IS SEVA?  

 

A gentle acupressure method for balancing & renewing your natural state of well-being.

 

There are 15 specific points on the body that are accessed in order, with firm but gentle finger pressure.

developed SEVA following the events of September 11, 2001.  It was first taken to New York City and given to those who endured such tremendous shock and stress during that time.   

 

SEVA is usually given lying down on a massage table, but can be given seated in a chair. 

 

SEVA can be combine with any Reiki session.

We  would meet for about 90 minutes, sending out positive energy to our community and for personal intentions. 

 

No formal training, classes etc would be required.  

 

All that's needed is a willingness to be part of something positive.  And the desire to create change.

                                            MUNAY-KI RITES GIVEN



Munay-Ki comes from a Quechua word that means "I love you."
 

Munay-Ki are nine rites of initiation to help you become the person of wisdom and power you were when you first began living on Earth.  They re-awaken your stewardship of yourself, Earth and all creations here on Earth, starting the way back before life experiences, issues, drama's, etc changed you.
 

These nine rites are common to all shamanic traditions, even though they are expressed in different forms and styles in different cultures.

 

As you receive the Munay-Ki Rites, your chakras will become clear and you'll acquire what the Laika (the Earthkeepers of old) know as the rainbow body.  This is when your chakras glow with their original radiance.

 

These series of initiations help you to develop a new architecture in your luminous energy field.  These rites anchor each of the critical junctures in the process of becoming homo luminous.

 

If you've received a calling from Spirit for the Munay-Ki Rites, you'll be on the way to re-claiming your orginal self.

WHAT IS REIKI?

 

Reiki is a technique for stress reduction and relaxation that promotes healing. It's administered by the "laying on of hands" and is based on the ideal that an unseen energy life force flows though us.  It's this energy force which we use to balance the body, emotions, mind and spirit. 

 

If you're looking for a total body energy healing, extra energy to take the next step forward on your life path, or anything between, Reiki could be what you're looking for. 

 

 

WHAT IS KARUNA REIKI® ?

 

Karuna is a Sanskrit word that is translanted to mean any action that is taken to diminish the suffering of others and is also translated as "compassionate action."

 

Karuna Reiki® is a healing energy assisting us in awakening to Universal compassion.  It helps us shine light into those areas of our being where we hold judgments, criticism and less than loving thoughts about ourselves and others.

 

Karuna Reiki® is not a substitute for Usui Reiki or any other kind of Reiki, but simply an additional technique one can use to promote healing.

 

 

REIKI SESSION

 

A Reiki 1 hour session usually runs around 60-70 minutes long.  Allow an extra 15 minutes for questions before or after the treatment.

      

A Reiki 1/2 hour session can be given and it usually runs around 30-40 minutes long.  Allow an extra 10 minutes for questions before or after the treatment.

 

Reiki sessions are usually given on a massage table.  But the session can also be given seated on a chair or in a wheelchair. 

 

Wear comfortable clothing and socks. Only shoes will be taken off during a Reiki session

  

1 hour session         $60.00        

1/2 hour session      $35.00  

             

 

REIKI SHARES

 

Table or chair shares are offered.

 

All levels of Reiki Practitioners are welcome.
