Self-discovery is a sacred path. Each of us has our personal one...and life lessons that go with it. I help with finding answers, the "love-your-life" and "sort things out" kind; I help you find your soul and happiness, from an inside and practical world and well-being perspective.

I dance with the sacred in the secular. As a farmer's daughter, with backgrounds in religious studies, business, wellness, and human resources, I build bridges of understanding and plant seeds of inspiration and motivation...and you grow and blossom and feel better in the process.

I'm the call you make when you need someone to talk to, when you feel lost or disconnected from who you want to be and what you want.

I'm an advocate in your corner, a personal confidant, a spirit and business counselor, a teacher, a wisdom keeper and lightworker.

I BRING...

tools and experiences that include life, a masters certification in business and human resource management, a bachelor of science in religious studies and education, and a wellness coach certification in Wellness Mapping 360. I also have experience in corporate human resources and wellness administration, professional training, paralegal work, and youth ministry. And then there's all the unique life and spirit, soul work, business, and other stuff I just know and do, that I bring the mix.
